Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you shop with Pious Wardrobe.

Draft — last updated October 2026

About these terms

By placing an order or an inquiry with Pious Wardrobe you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

Ordering

You can order online with Paystack or start an inquiry on WhatsApp. A WhatsApp inquiry is not a confirmed or paid order — an order is confirmed only after we confirm availability with you and payment is received.

Please provide accurate name, phone, email and delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

We may cancel and refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable or if we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are shown before you pay.

Online payments are processed securely by Paystack. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Prices and availability may change without notice, but we will not change the price of an order you have already paid for.

Ready-to-ship and pre-order items

Ready-to-ship items are in stock and dispatched after payment is confirmed.

Pre-order items are made or sourced after you order. Lead times shown are estimates, not guarantees. Some pre-orders may require a deposit, with the balance due before dispatch; the amount is shown at checkout.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is described in our Shipping policy and returns in our Returns policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Product information

We try to display colours and fabrics accurately, but screens vary and slight differences may occur. Please use our Size Guide and ask us if you are unsure about fit.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Pious Wardrobe is not liable for indirect losses or for delays beyond our reasonable control, such as courier delays or payment-provider outages. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Ghanaian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
